MANUAL DE CONVIVENCIA
El Manual de Convivencia es un texto para la vida y la participación comunitaria, facilitando la armonía, la convivencia y el bienestar de la comunidad del conjunto. El objeto del presente reglamento es invitarlos a conocer los derechos, deberes y obligaciones que tienen como copropietarios, arrendatarios, tenedores a cualquier título y usuarios del Conjunto Residencial Hacienda El Recreo PH, que permitan un goce tranquilo de los bienes privados y comunes, propendiendo por su conservación, mantenimiento y buen servicio.
Igualmente busca fijar pautas para dirimir los conflictos que pueden presentarse entre los órganos de la administración de la copropiedad y los residentes u obligaciones derivadas del Régimen de Propiedad Horizontal que trate la Ley 675 del año 2001, así como las normas que se modifiquen en un futuro mientras no sean contrarias. También se establecen las sanciones para las obligaciones no pecuniarias y el procedimiento para establecerlas. Todo ello con la finalidad de garantizar la convivencia pacífica y seguridad de los residentes y visitantes del conjunto.

Buenas tardes, En Verdad veo tristemente ,que a pesar de ser propietario y no vivir ahí pero ser visitante de algunos fines de semana ,ya ese lugar donde se percibía descanso y respeto ha sido modificado por un muy citadino BODYTECH los sábados donde el respeto por el descanso está reducido a gritos y música duro ,escudándose en un audiómetro o algo así, la cuestión es solo de respeto , hay gente también de vacaciones , si son profesionales del fitness los invito a visitar los lugares adecuados que hay en Tenjo o básicamente ser respetuosos con los que vamos bien sea de descanso o vida diaria ,huyéndole a la ciudad, puede que las torres de atrás no reciben el impacto auditivo pero el resto si.Bien que hagan ejercicio pero no incomodando a los demás ,Gracias

Considero que el manual debe enfocarse en la parte de uso de zonas comunes teniendo presente que despues de la pandemia, se implementaron nuevas formas de trabajo y productivas como el trabajo en casa, por ello el ruido en el parque de niños debe tratarse pues se afecta la labor a quienes laboran.
